  • Yes, we require 50% upon booking in order to reserve that date, plus $100 damage deposit (which will be refunded within 7 days of event.)

  • The event deposit is non-refundable as this reserves the date of your event and removes it from availability for others. The damage deposit is refunded within 7 days of the event if there are no damages.

  • Children are allowed of course, for our furry friends they must be a service animal attending in their respective professional role.

  • No. There is to be no smoking inside the premises. Additional fees may be applied for smoke removal; refer to the damage deposit.
